Bio
Zac Chandler was born in Washington D.C. He was bit by The Beatle bug early
on. His first experience playing guitar in bands was around the Bay area in
San Francisco. His family then moved to Hollywood, Florida where he began
playing bass in blues groups. Zac then focused on guitar and played in "The
Debbi Lee Band". After "The Debbi Lee Band" folded he joined "The
Chemicals" in which he played guitar-banjo and keyboards . Zac left "The
Chemicals" to start his own group "Zac Chandler Band" his band has opened
for acts that include Waylon Jennings, Carl Perkins, Foghat, The Guess Who,
Albert King, Sonny King, Steppenwolf, Bad Co, Pat Travers, and Southern
Pacific. Zac currently has 3 solo cd's "Zac Chandler Jetcar", "Biker", and
his 3rd cd "Cerebral Skies". Zac's band is... John Conte a thundering
drummer and vocalist, who along with bassist Barbara "KillerB" Marino hold
down a serious beat.. also in the band is Beth Conte, a high energy singer
who rocks the house hard!..Randy Stephenson on keys who adds great
dimension and effect, and Kenny Dale Watts on guitar who brings a cutting
edge to our sound. The band literally has performed all over the world
doing thousands of shows, their sound is classic rock psychedelic blues
originals.. Zac received a special commendation for songwriting from Eddie
Rabbitt, which his song "Why Do You Tease Me" placed 13 out of 50,000
